Basic function and feature
1. LNG Unloading flow
Unloading LNG from tank car to LNG storage tank via cryogenic pump or self-pressurization
2. LNG filling flow
Fill LNG to the cylinder of car through LNG dispenser
3. Process of pressure boost
Fill some gasified LNG into the LNG storage tank to make the pressure reach refuel (unloading) set value.
4. Process of pressure relief
The pressure relief can be achieved through the automatic relief of the pneumatic valve or the blow-off of safety valve when the pressure in the storage tank and pipeline reaches set value.

1. Increase the electrostatic release device and electrostatic clamp in the unloading and LNG filling area, connect with control system to improve the safety of gas station, new equipment layout to save cost.

3. The civil work and installation is not needed on scene, you can refuel LNG once the equipment connected electricity.

6. Voice prompt/refuel LNG intelligently, voice prompt/self-help unloading, automatic identification of cylinder pressure rating, adjusting saturation, precool and discharge automatically.
7. LNG refueling and LNG unloading can be done at the same time, the operational efficiency of equipment is high.
8. Large area of vaporizer's radiator-fan, high efficiency of unloading and pressure boost.
9. Equipped with blast blower and induced pipe to accelerate cross-ventilation and improve the efficiency of vaporizer.
10. Constant temperature system for control room and enable equipment to work normally.
11. Video monitoring, remote control, operation and maintenance, alarm step control, dual PLC dual touch screen control, wireless communication technology and malfunction-indication (short message)
12. Unloading can be finished through pump skid, improve the users' operate experience.
13. With pump skid operating platform, easy to operate and maintain.
14. The instruments are integrated in the instrument board, easy to observe.
15. Equipped with lighting system, reduce the number of road lamp.
16. Equipped with driver remind system.
