Technical Parameters


Basic function and feature
1. LNG Unloading flow
Unloading LNG from tank car to LNG storage tank via cryogenic pump or self-pressurization
2. LNG filling flow
Fill LNG to the cylinder of car through LNG dispenser
3. Process of pressure boost
Fill some gasified LNG into the LNG storage tank to make the pressure reach refuel (unloading) set value.
4. Process of pressure relief
The pressure relief can be achieved through the automatic relief of the pneumatic valve or the blow-off of safety valve when the pressure in the storage tank and pipeline reaches set value.

1. Meet standard requirements, pay attention to the safety of equipment. Design as per GB50156-2012 (2014 edition), and meet domestic industry standards.
2. High safety: the pump skid located in the metal cofferdam 
3. Increase the electrostatic release device and electrostatic clamp in the unloading and LNG filling area, connect with PLC system to improve the safety of LNG station.
4. Brand new equipment layout to save cost. High level integrated, integral hoisting and overall transportation, reduce transportation costs and field installation &hoisting.
5. Use the design of explosion-proof box and distributed collecting cabinet, which will reduce on-site cable installation and usage amount, shorten installation period.
6. Optimize the process flow, improve the stability and reliability of equipment.
7. High efficiency unloading: the balance pressure operating can be done before unloading and in the process of unloading.
8. High operational efficiency of equipment: LNG refueling and LNG unloading can be done at the same time.
9. High efficiency of LNG unloading and pressure boost benefit from large area of vaporizer's radiator-fan and low height of vaporizer.
10. Equipped with blast blower and induced pipe to accelerate cross-ventilation and improve the efficiency of vaporizer.
11. Ergonomic design: unloading can be finished through pump skid, improve the users' operate experience.
12. With pump skid operating platform, easy to operate and maintain.
13. The instruments are integrated in the instrument board, easy to observe.
14. Equipped with lighting system, reduce the number of road lamp.
15. Canopy for LNG filling area is optional.
